Dope Folks Records' 89th release is another split EP featuring SIM-E from the LASTRAWZE on one side, and ADUM⁷ (fka MeccaGodZilla) on the flip side (entitled "The Strong Island Monstas EP.").
SIM-E has 3 previous vinyl releases on Dope Folks Records ("Killed By Def Vol. 3" & "Instrawmental Prts I & II").
ADUM⁷ is an MC, producer born in Brooklyn and raised in Long Island, NY. As MeccaGodZilla he helped to produce the music for NIKE's "Air Troupe" sneaker battle website, garnered over 1 million downloads for his Jay Z American Gangster Remix album, made a name for himself in Japan as an MC and collaborated with Eric Bobo of Cypress Hill to say the least. He released multiple albums and instrumental LPs over the years that you can find on CD.
The Cry-EP Vinyl features Rock (Heltah Skeltah), Torae, Tenacity, Quelle Chris, Denmark Vessey, Sean Price, Rodan (formerly of the Monsta Island Czars) & Majesty (formerly of Legendary Ciphers, and the NY State Justice Committee - RIP Majesty), & is limited to 300 copies, but we only have 50 left!
